🇬🇹 I am in Guatemala this week to participate in the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) Period of Sessions.

Tomorrow, we will take part in the first thematic hearing in the history of the Inter-American Human Rights System dedicated to domestic violence and international child abduction, with the aim of highlighting the human rights violations experienced by survivors involved in proceedings under the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and the 1989 Inter-American Convention on the International Return of Children.
