Senate of Mexico: Forum on Domestic Violence and International Child Abduction

Resuming my advocacy work, I am honoured to share that next week I will be speaking at the Senate of Mexico 🇲🇽 at a forum organised by Senator Beatriz Robles on domestic violence and international child abduction.

I will discuss the latest legal developments in Brazil on these issues, with particular emphasis on the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court's (STF) landmark decisions in ADIs 4245 and 7686.
